Cimory Group, a leading FMCG and dairy company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Utility & WWTP Supervisor to join our manufacturing operations in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our utility systems and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). You will play a key role in ensuring that our production processes run efficiently while strictly adhering to environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards.
As a supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in industrial utilities (such as boilers, chillers, and compressors) and wastewater management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the WWTP and utility equipment, including boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, and water treatment systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations, government standards, and company safety protocols regarding wastewater discharge.
- Lead, train, and schedule a team of utility and WWTP operators and technicians to ensure optimal shift coverage and performance.
- Monitor and analyze utility consumption to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Perform regular inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to ensure an uninterrupted supply of utilities to the manufacturing floor.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational reports, including water quality laboratory tests, chemical usage, and maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in WWTP and utility operations within the manufacturing, FMCG, or food & beverage industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, chemical dosing, and industrial utility systems.
- Holding relevant professional certifications (e.g., K3 Umum, Boiler Operation) is highly advantageous.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to operational emergencies.
- Strong understanding of environmental compliance, ISO standards, and occupational health and safety (OHS) practices.
