We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Utility & WWTP Supervisor to join the Cimory Group team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and managing utility systems to ensure optimal performance and strict adherence to environmental regulations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of our wastewater treatment processes, managing chemical dosing, and leading a team of technical operators. You will ensure that plant safety protocols are followed at all times and that production targets are met without compromising environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters, including pH levels, turbidity, and chemical dosing, to maintain water quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the utility team, ensuring all staff are trained in safety procedures and operational best practices.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery, pumps, and treatment units to minimize downtime.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations, health, safety, and industrial hygiene (HSE) policies.
- Manage inventory of chemicals and utilities, optimizing stock levels to reduce waste and operational costs.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, including daily logs and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in WWTP operations or utility management within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, biological processes, and chemical handling safety.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse technical team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations and safety standards (SNI, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficient in using computer software for data logging and reporting (e.g., MS Office, SCADA systems).
