Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies for personal financial services digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy, UI text, error messages, transactional emails, and product flows across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into the user interface and overall product experience.
- Ensure all content adheres to Hong Leong Bank's brand voice, tone, and stringent regulatory guidelines within the financial services sector.
- Conduct content audits, user research, and A/B testing to gather insights, validate content effectiveness, and drive continuous optimization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides, terminology glossaries, and best practices.
- Act as an advocate for user-centric design principles and content best practices across the organization, educating stakeholders on the power of effective UX writing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in UX writing, content strategy, technical writing, or similar roles, preferably within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX writing projects and a clear understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Exceptional command of English with impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading skills; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX design principles, user research methodologies, information architecture, and agile development processes.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts and legal requirements into simple, understandable language for diverse audiences.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and analytics tools is advantageous.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
