Are you passionate about understanding human behavior in the digital space? Erablue Electronics is looking for a data-driven and empathetic UX Researcher to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. As our E-commerce platform continues to scale, your mission will be to uncover deep insights into customer search habits and browsing patterns.
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our product discovery journey. By combining qualitative user testing with quantitative analytics, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives. We are looking for a researcher who doesn't just present findings but influences product roadmaps to create seamless, intuitive shopping experiences for millions of Indonesian customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end user research initiatives, from planning and recruitment to execution and reporting.
- Analyze customer search and browsing behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to identify friction points.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of new UI/UX design prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to transform research insights into actionable feature improvements.
- Maintain a centralized repository of user insights to build a strong evidence-based design culture.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs and correlate them with user behavior to optimize the product discovery funnel.
- Present clear, data-backed findings to stakeholders to advocate for user-centric design decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX Researcher or UX Designer with a research focus.
- Proficiency in research methods such as A/B testing, card sorting, user interviews, and surveys.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce user journeys and product discovery mechanisms.
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into simple, impactful insights.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
