Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable design insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive UI components, layouts, and style guides to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to iterate on features and implement high-quality solutions.
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously optimize the digital user experience.
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into elegant, user-friendly interface designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system for scalability across web and mobile platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Strong visual design sense, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Knowledge of basic front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS) is a significant plus.
