We are currently seeking a passionate and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our vibrant team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on an exciting V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) contract. This prestigious international assignment offers a fantastic launchpad for a career in management consulting and business analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements from diverse stakeholders to align project objectives with strategic goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project scope, identify process gaps, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Create comprehensive business analysis deliverables including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams (BPMN).
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility, design alignment, and successful implementation.
- Support the full project lifecycle by assisting in test planning, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting change management activities.
- Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and progress reports to management and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, business cases, and roadmaps for new consulting engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Eligibility for the V.I.E. program (French nationality or national of an EU member state, EEA, or Switzerland, aged between 18 and 28).
- 0-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a business analysis, consulting, or project coordination role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in French or Malay is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Use Cases, User Stories) and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
