Are you a master of lead generation with a deep technical understanding of CRM platforms? eFlexervices is looking for a proactive, results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales funnel, ensuring that our pipeline remains full of high-quality leads while leveraging HubSpot to its fullest potential.

You will not just be inputting data; you will be analyzing, segmenting, and automating outreach workflows to drive meaningful business growth. The ideal candidate has an eagle eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of converting research into actionable sales opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies through targeted research and prospecting.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain the HubSpot CRM database to ensure data integrity and lead accuracy.
  • Set up and monitor automated email sequences and nurture workflows within HubSpot.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to the sales leadership team.
  • Perform deep-dive research into target markets and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Cleanse and enrich existing lead data to improve segmentation and outreach efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to bridge the gap between marketing efforts and closed opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, focusing on Lead Generation and CRM management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot (Certification is highly preferred).
  • Strong research skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, high-paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude for integrating third-party tools with HubSpot.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines for lead deliverables.
