- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with meticulous attention to detail
- Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service during guest interactions and vehicle handovers
- Maintain organized records of valed vehicles and customer information
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and special requests
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and resort security guidelines
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the valet area
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in valet, cashier, or customer service role preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
