Tanggung Jawab
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
- Greet guests with warm hospitality and assist with luggage upon arrival/departure
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle movements and key management
- Ensure parking areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Communicate effectively with front desk and security teams
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after parking
- Handle guest inquiries about local attractions and services
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication skills with polite and helpful demeanor
- Impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance
- Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Surabaya's road networks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic vehicle maintenance awareness
- Physical ability to walk extended periods and carry luggage
