We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Valet Parking Attendant to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Jakarta Pusat. As the face of our parking operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, safe, and luxurious arrival and departure experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe handling of guest vehicles, maintaining an organized parking area, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to safety and hospitality standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and park guest vehicles in a safe, orderly, and timely manner.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with doors and luggage when necessary.
- Retrieve vehicles for guests promptly upon request.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free valet station and parking lot.
- Ensure all vehicles are locked, windows closed, and keys are handled securely.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and hotel safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and other staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A).
- Previous experience in valet parking or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
