- Lead and mentor a team of real estate appraisers to ensure consistent quality and professional development
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of appraisal reports for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to industry standards
- Oversee the entire valuation process for commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to maintain high valuation standards
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address valuation challenges and provide expert insights
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging valuation methodologies
- Prepare and present valuation findings to senior management and external parties
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Real Estate Appraiser license from PRC with minimum 5 years' experience
- Proven team leadership experience in property valuation or appraisal
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and valuation methodologies
- Proficiency in appraisal software (e.g., Argus, ValueEdge) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing appraisal projects across diverse property types
