Value Metrics, Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Valuation Officer / Appraiser to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all valuations comply with statutory requirements and industry standards. You will be supported by a robust data infrastructure and a team of experts dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accuracy in the property sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough property inspections and gather relevant data for valuation reports.
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and rental data to determine accurate property values.
- Prepare comprehensive, high-quality appraisal reports in accordance with professional standards (USPAP/IVS).
- Liaise with clients, banks, and legal entities to provide professional valuation advisory.
- Maintain an updated database of real estate market information and benchmark indices.
- Ensure all valuations are compliant with local government regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Provide expert testimony or clarification on appraisal findings when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Valid PRC Real Estate Appraiser License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate appraisal or valuation.
- Deep understanding of Philippine property laws, taxation, and zoning regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and valuation modeling software.
- Exceptional report-writing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel across Metro Manila and nearby regions for site inspections.
