Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Values Education curriculum and Montessori principles.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment conducive to open dialogue and character building.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support moral growth.
- Integrate real-world ethical dilemmas into classroom discussions to promote critical thinking and social awareness.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and school administrators to enhance the holistic development of students.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Participate in school-wide programs, committees, and professional development workshops to stay current with educational trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Values Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License (LET passer) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Values Education or a similar subject at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective classroom management strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to inspire students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Passion for the Montessori philosophy and a commitment to nurturing holistic student growth.
