Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily repair operations for gas fuel valves and liquid fuel control systems
- Lead and mentor a team of valve technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Diagnose complex valve malfunctions using precision diagnostic tools
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation for optimal efficiency
- Implement quality control procedures for all repair and calibration activities
- Document repair processes, parts usage, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop improved valve repair methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial valve repair
- Proven supervisory experience leading technical teams
- Expertise in gas fuel valves and liquid fuel control systems
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical valve mechanisms
- Certification in valve maintenance or industrial safety (ASME/API preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical diagnostic abilities
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and engineering drawings
