Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repair of industrial valves and actuators.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and hydraulic leaks, and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Install new valves and piping systems according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct pressure tests, leak detection, and calibration procedures to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, site protocols, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reduce downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic understanding of physics, mathematics, and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks and work in industrial environments.
- Valid certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions precisely.
