As a key player in our delivery network, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' parcels are handled with care and delivered with precision.
In this role, you will be the face of GD Express, providing excellent service to our clients while navigating the Miri area efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily delivery and collection of parcels according to the assigned route schedule.
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy for all shipments, verifying customer details and signatures.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding safety, handling, and documentation.
- Manage cash on delivery (COD) collections and ensure accurate reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team and customers to resolve any delivery issues in real-time.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned company van at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (GDL license is mandatory).
- Must be familiar with roads and locations within Miri, Sarawak.
- Physically fit and able to handle parcel loading and unloading.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic command of Malay and English for communication purposes.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Prior experience in courier or logistics services is an added advantage.
