Intan Setia is seeking a dynamic Van Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Klang and Port Klang regions. In this pivotal role, you will act as the face of our brand, driving sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and expanding our market reach.
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing sales activities efficiently, managing inventory levels in your van, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently in an outdoor environment and meet aggressive sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily route-based sales calls to existing and potential retail clients.
- Drive the company van to deliver products, restock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key account holders.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or Point of Sale (POS) operations efficiently.
- Monitor competitor activities and report local market trends to the management team.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Manage stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license with experience driving vans or commercial vehicles.
- Proven experience in FMCG or tobacco product sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Klang and Port Klang area is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of handling stock and long hours on the road.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
