In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by managing direct sales to retail outlets. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are delivered efficiently while building strong, lasting relationships with customers. This position offers the perfect blend of driving freedom and hands-on sales responsibility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily delivery routes to assigned retail stores and warehouses in Penang.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote new items to store owners.
- Manage inventory within the delivery van to ensure product availability.
- Process cash and card payments, ensuring accurate daily reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized van, adhering to all company safety and hygiene standards.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team.
- Ensure all sales paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license (Class 3 or equivalent) with experience driving vans.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or Tobacco sector.
- Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle driving and walking duties throughout the workday.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
