Susu Life Indonesia is seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Vaporista to join our team in Jakarta Barat. As a key member of our retail team, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert product recommendations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining an immaculate store presentation.
We are looking for someone who stays up-to-date with the latest vaping trends and technologies, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in providing a personalized shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on vaping products and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage daily inventory levels, perform stock checks, and assist with product restocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Educate customers on product usage, safety protocols, and maintenance of devices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Participate in store promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Vaporista or in a customer service/retail role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vaping hardware, e-liquids, and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle flexible shifts.
- Energetic, friendly, and reliable personality with a proactive work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy for POS and inventory management systems.
