Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end VDI / Microsoft 365 migration project, ensuring successful implementation
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, security, and end-user support
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budget and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure migration meets all requirements
- Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned
- Provide post-migration support and ensure smooth transition to new systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with focus on VDI and Microsoft 365 migrations
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of VDI technologies (VMware Horizon, Citrix, etc.) and Microsoft 365 suite
- Excellent project management skills with experience using industry-standard methodologies
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities
