Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation of a wide variety of vehicle accessories, including infotainment systems, dashcams, lighting, and security systems.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic checks on vehicle electrical and mechanical components.
- Interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate and safe integration of new hardware.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to company quality standards.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding product functionality and maintenance.
- Document all installation procedures and service reports accurately in the company management system.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in automotive accessory installation or vehicle maintenance.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, wiring, and integration of aftermarket electronics.
- Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools with precision and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and professional technical explanations.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
