About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Maintenance Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Manila City, Metro Manila. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Director, you will be the driving force behind the comprehensive maintenance and repair operations for a large and diverse fleet of military and civilian assets.
In this critical role, you will take ownership of strategic planning, budget optimization, vendor management, and the implementation of best-in-class maintenance protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all maintenance activities. Your expertise will directly influence our operational readiness, safety standards, and bottom-line efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Maintenance Planning: Develop and oversee comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for a mixed fleet of military and civilian vehicles to maximize uptime and asset lifespan.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanics and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Control maintenance costs, forecast expenditures, source quality parts, and negotiate service agreements with external vendors and suppliers.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (downtime, cost per mile, repair frequency) and generate actionable reports for senior leadership.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to local regulations, environmental policies, and specific military/civilian operational standards.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain optimal stock levels of critical spare parts and tools, managing the supply chain to prevent operational delays.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate rapid and effective responses to vehicle breakdowns in the field, minimizing disruption to logistics and core operations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in vehicle maintenance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or analyst capacity. Fleet management experience is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and fleet management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Fleetio). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, hydraulics) for a diverse range of light, medium, and heavy-duty assets.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate technical teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to analyze complex operational data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior management.
