In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive servicing and repair of a diverse fleet that includes Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles, Hybrids, and Electric Vehicles (EV). Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid flushes on ICE, Hybrid, and EV vehicles.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and proprietary software.
- Conduct thorough pre-service inspections to identify potential issues and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute repairs and replacements according to strict manufacturer specifications and industry quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and repair orders for all serviced vehicles.
- Collaborate effectively with the service team to optimize workflow and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Driver’s License and at least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Technical certification (e.g., ASE) or equivalent trade school diploma in Automotive Technology.
- Hands-on experience working specifically with Hybrid and Electric Vehicle systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle chassis, powertrain, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics with precision.
