Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of vehicles for loan collateral purposes
- Verify vehicle documentation and ownership authenticity
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence
- Assess vehicle market value and condition for loan calculations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with credit team to support loan approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
Kualifikasi
- Resident of Manado with strong local knowledge
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in vehicle inspection or surveying preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
