Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding processes including documentation, KYC verification, and contract setup
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth vendor integration
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and compliance checks against company policies
- Maintain accurate vendor databases and ensure data integrity in ERP systems
- Resolve onboarding bottlenecks through proactive communication and process optimization
- Develop and maintain vendor performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Support vendor relationship management through regular communication and feedback loops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/VMS systems
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Knowledge of Malaysian business regulations and logistics landscape
