Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize procurement costs for property projects.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate supply needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Resolve vendor disputes, delivery issues, or billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Source new vendors and conduct market research to ensure competitive sourcing strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all vendor communications, contracts, and procurement activities in the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of vendor lifecycle management and procurement ethics.
- Fluent in Indonesian; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
