Key responsibilities include full P&L ownership, talent management and mentoring of a large team, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and corporate partners, and acting as the primary brand ambassador for the venue. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all daily venue operations, including F&B service, events, and customer relations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring flawless delivery for private and corporate events.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community to enhance the venue's reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a senior venue management role.
- Proven track record in driving sales and profitability in a F&B or entertainment venue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Bali hospitality market and local regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
