As the Venue Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the unique atmosphere that Corner House is known for, while simultaneously optimizing financial performance and fostering a positive, high-performance culture among our staff. We are looking for a leader who balances a keen eye for detail with a strategic mindset, ensuring that every aspect of the venue—from the kitchen to the front door—runs seamlessly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain impeccable standards of customer service, proactively addressing guest feedback and resolving issues.
- Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, COGS, and revenue targets to ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the entire venue.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality procurement and cost control.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and brand-building initiatives.
- Regularly report on operational KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to the ownership team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Venue Manager or Assistant General Manager role within a high-volume hospitality setting.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements and operational budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a global clientele.
- Proficiency in modern POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the nature of the business.
- A deep passion for the F&B industry and a thorough understanding of current hospitality trends.
