WSH Experts is seeking a dedicated Venue Manager to oversee the seamless operation and maintenance of our facility's Audio-Visual (AV) infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our event success, ensuring that every projector, sound system, and lighting rig performs to the highest standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational readiness of all AV equipment, including projectors, LED screens, and integrated sound systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and proactive servicing of hardware.
- Conduct regular system audits and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime during events.
- Manage inventory of AV assets and control systems, ensuring all hardware is accounted for and in good working condition.
- Provide on-site technical support for high-profile events to ensure audio/visual reliability.
- Supervise venue setup and teardown processes, maintaining safety and quality standards throughout.
- Maintain technical documentation and maintenance logs for all facility equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual Technology, Event Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AV maintenance, event operations, or venue management.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills related to AV control systems, lighting, and sound consoles.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with event schedules.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations in Singapore is highly desirable.
