- Conduct thorough verification of customer information through phone calls to ensure data accuracy
- Authenticate customer identity and validate provided personal and financial details

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, data verification, or call center operations preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in information
- Basic knowledge of financial services and data security protocols
