Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting on-site surveys (site survey) for motorcycle loan applications in the Kolaka branch area.
- Verifying customer identity documents and vehicle ownership documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assessing the physical condition of the motorcycle, including mileage, damage, and safety features.
- Taking high-quality photographs and recording detailed survey data in the system.
- Maintaining professional communication and a positive relationship with customers during the inspection process.
- Ensuring all survey reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Adhering strictly to company policies and regulations regarding loan verification.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Possess a valid SIM A (Motorcycle driving license).
- Own a personal vehicle (Motorcycle/Car) for daily mobility.
- Demonstrate high discipline, integrity, and honesty in all work activities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with people.
- Willing to be placed in the Kolaka branch area.
- Previous experience in vehicle inspection or the finance sector is an advantage.
