This position drives strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for vessel fleets, ensuring robust operational expenditure (OPEX) control while maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations. You'll develop comprehensive budgets, conduct accurate forecasting models, and deliver actionable data insights to enhance cost efficiency and performance across our global fleet.
As a key financial steward, you'll collaborate closely with vessel operations, procurement, and senior management to align financial strategies with operational objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical expertise to identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor KPIs, and implement financial controls that directly impact profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee vessel financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Manage operational expenditure (OPEX) control across assigned vessel portfolios
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for vessel performance optimization
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Monitor vessel-specific KPIs and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with maritime financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with operations teams to align financial strategies with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in maritime/shipping industry
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX control
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
