Join our team at Manila Multipurpose Terminal as a Vessel Foreman and play a crucial role in our maritime operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee vessel operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. As a Vessel Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing labor involved in both on-board and on-dock operations, with a particular focus on Quay Transfer Operations to meet vessel productivity quotas.
This is a regular on-call position that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of maritime operations, and the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth vessel handling, efficient cargo transfer, and compliance with all safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage labor involved in on-board vessel operations
- Ensure Quay Transfer Operations are efficiently managed to meet vessel productivity quotas
- Oversee loading and unloading activities to ensure timely and safe execution
- Supervise and direct dock workers and other personnel involved in vessel operations
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including labor allocation and productivity metrics
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with maritime regulations
- Respond to operational issues and make real-time decisions to maintain workflow efficiency
- Communicate effectively with vessel captains, port authorities, and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maritime operations or related field
- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in a port or terminal environment
- Strong knowledge of vessel operations, cargo handling, and port procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good understanding of safety regulations and best practices in maritime operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
