- Coordinate vessel schedules and optimize voyage planning for operational efficiency
- Monitor port operations and cargo movements in real-time
- Communicate with captains, port authorities, and shipping partners
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards
- Manage documentation for customs clearance and port formalities
- Track fuel consumption and voyage performance metrics
- Resolve operational disruptions and implement contingency plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in vessel operations or voyage coordination
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL)
- Proficiency in logistics software and voyage planning tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in maritime operations (e.g., ICS) is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
