Join GAMA Foods, one of the Philippines' top 3 poultry integrators, as a Veterinarian Management Trainee and launch your career in animal health leadership. This unique rotational program combines hands-on veterinary practice with operations management training across our poultry production chain. You'll work directly with senior veterinarians to implement health protocols, manage disease prevention programs, and ensure compliance with industry standards while developing leadership skills through cross-functional rotations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing poultry health management plans and disease prevention protocols
- Conduct regular health assessments and necropsies on poultry flocks
- Monitor vaccine efficacy and administer treatments under supervision
- Collaborate with farm operations teams on biosecurity compliance
- Participate in research initiatives for improving poultry welfare and productivity
- Maintain accurate health records and regulatory documentation
- Support training programs for farm staff on animal health best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality control systems
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Philippine Veterinary License (PRC registration)
- Basic knowledge of poultry production systems and disease management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in farm environments and travel to company sites
