Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough and scheduled inspections of vessels and fleet assets to ensure compliance with IMO standards and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with ship captains, fleet managers, and regulatory bodies to ensure immediate rectification of safety deficiencies.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding safety and operational protocols.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement in fleet maintenance.
- Ensure all documentation meets strict government and defense requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maritime inspection, vetting, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of global maritime safety standards and IMO regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid maritime safety certification (e.g., STCW, relevant local certifications).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
