Join Control Systems Arena Para Nusa as a Vibration Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence through advanced predictive maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues affecting Asset Management System (AMS) hardware and software. In this Jakarta-based role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement vibration monitoring protocols, analyze spectral data, and recommend engineering solutions. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with AMS hardware and software systems
- Perform vibration analysis and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery
- Analyze spectral data to identify equipment anomalies and failure patterns
- Develop and implement vibration monitoring protocols for critical assets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to recommend corrective actions
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Train personnel on vibration analysis tools and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in vibration analysis or predictive maintenance
- Proficiency with vibration analysis tools and diagnostic software
- Strong understanding of AMS (Asset Management System) architecture
- Experience with spectral analysis and FFT interpretation
- Knowledge of ISO 10816 vibration severity standards
- Certification in Category II/III Vibration Analysis preferred
