Tanggung Jawab
- Define and oversee the long-term application and data architecture roadmap aligned with Bank Rakyat’s strategic business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, resilient, and high-performance integration patterns across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
- Govern data architecture standards, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across the enterprise.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of architects and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial data security.
- Champion the modernization of legacy applications towards microservices and API-first architectures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing complex data architectures (Data Lakes, Warehouses, MDM) and application frameworks.
- Deep understanding of banking regulatory standards, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong experience with cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise integration platforms (ESB, Kafka, API Gateways).
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to non-technical executives.
