Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets and market share expansion.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and key accounts to diversify the revenue portfolio.
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial contracts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product innovation and service offerings.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and stakeholders at the executive level.
- Oversee the performance of the business development team and drive professional development and training.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong network of contacts within the Indonesian market and relevant industry sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the local business landscape, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive data-informed decisions.
