Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the comprehensive data and product analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Oversee the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from data collection and modeling to final reporting and visualization.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytical tools, platforms, and methodologies across the organization.
- Present complex analytical findings to executive stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making and product roadmaps.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for product optimization and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading analytical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management, data governance, and regulatory compliance in banking.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear business value for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a multicultural, global environment with a focus on driving results in a fast-paced setting.
