Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fund administration services for a diverse portfolio of Private Equity clients.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to regional teams, fostering professional growth and technical proficiency.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client inquiries, ensuring high-touch service delivery and satisfaction.
- Manage complex financial reporting, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to refine operational workflows and implement best-in-class controls.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client-specific investment mandates.
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, digital transformation, and process automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fund administration, audit, or financial operations within the Private Equity sector.
- Proven track record in leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Expert-level understanding of Private Equity fund structures, accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP), and waterfall mechanics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify operational risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard fund accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
