We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Infrastructure & Network Security to spearhead AI-driven security transformation within our dynamic digital banking environment. As a hands-on executive leader, you will architect and implement cutting-edge security frameworks that protect critical infrastructure while leveraging artificial intelligence to anticipate and neutralize emerging threats. This pivotal role requires strategic vision to balance innovation with robust risk management, ensuring our digital banking operations maintain the highest standards of security compliance and resilience. You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation security protocols, foster a culture of security awareness, and align security initiatives with business growth objectives in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.

- Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure and network security strategies aligned with digital banking objectives
- Lead AI-powered security initiatives including threat intelligence, predictive analytics, and automated incident response
- Oversee security architecture for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
- Drive security transformation projects while ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and financial industry regulations
- Manage and mentor cross-functional security teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with CISO, IT leadership, and business units to integrate security into all operational aspects
- Represent security initiatives in executive forums and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure and network security with 5+ years in VP/Director leadership roles
- Proven track record in AI/ML applications for cybersecurity within financial services or digital banking
- Expertise in security frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and cloud security architectures
- Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent with ongoing credentials maintenance
- Exceptional strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership capabilities
- Deep understanding of threat landscapes, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies in financial technology
- Strong communication skills for executive reporting and cross-organizational influence
