You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, fostering a culture of agility and customer-centric design. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the bank's innovation roadmap to ensure long-term competitive advantage.
- Lead strategic delivery programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with overall organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging fintech trends and technologies into existing banking ecosystems.
- Drive organizational change by promoting agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
- Foster strategic partnerships with external vendors, startups, and regulators to enhance delivery capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in strategic delivery, transformation, or consulting roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional programs in a complex organizational environment.
- Deep understanding of digital banking trends, fintech innovation, and customer-centric design.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite level executives.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
