- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand Macquarie's insurance solutions presence in Indonesia
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurance partners, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative product solutions tailored to the Indonesian market
- Drive revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships and securing high-value contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions
- Represent Macquarie at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in insurance solutions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving business development and revenue growth in the insurance sector
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian insurance market and regulatory environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a global financial services environment is highly desirable
