Join Johnson Controls as the Vice President of Quality for the APAC region and lead the charge in defining operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance strategies that drive superior customer experiences across the Asia-Pacific market. You will lead a high-performing team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex supply chain challenges and ensuring compliance with global standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the APAC region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of quality engineers and managers to achieve high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards into product development and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Represent the company at regional and international quality forums and regulatory bodies.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in quality management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards within the Manufacturing sector.
