As a Vice President – Real Estate Product Specialist at Macquarie Group, you will be at the forefront of our real estate investment strategies in Indonesia. In close collaboration with our cross-divisional teams, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a defined portfolio of Japanese and international clients. This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking, deep market knowledge, and exceptional relationship management skills to drive growth and innovation in our real estate product offerings. You will analyze market trends, identify investment opportunities, and develop tailored solutions that align with our clients' objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding Macquarie's footprint in the Indonesian real estate market, fostering long-term partnerships, and delivering superior returns to our stakeholders.

- Lead and manage a portfolio of Japanese and international clients in the real estate sector, serving as the primary relationship owner
- Develop and implement strategic product solutions tailored to the Indonesian real estate market
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment banking, asset management, and research
- Drive business development activities to expand Macquarie's presence in the Indonesian real estate market
- Provide expert guidance on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and risk management protocols
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the broader real estate team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate investment, product development, or related financial services
- Proven track record of managing client relationships in the Japanese market is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian real estate market dynamics, regulations, and investment opportunities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex real estate transactions and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Japanese
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Strong network within the Indonesian real estate and financial services industry
