Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in risk management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in financial regulations (MAS, Basel III/IV, IFRS 9)
- Proven track record in risk communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into narratives
- Experience managing teams in financial services or banking environments
- Proficiency in risk management platforms (e.g., SAS, Aladdin, Murex)
