Bank Rakyat is seeking a visionary Vice President of Technology, Cloud & Security Architecture to spearhead our digital transformation journey. In this high-impact executive role, you will define the strategic roadmap for our cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise architecture. You will be responsible for building resilient, scalable, and highly secure platforms that empower our financial services and drive innovation across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide cloud and infrastructure strategy to support rapid digital scaling.
- Direct the design and implementation of robust security architectures, ensuring alignment with BNM regulations and global standards.
- Oversee the migration of legacy workloads to hybrid-cloud environments while minimizing downtime and operational risk.
- Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to align technology investments with long-term business goals and cost-efficiency targets.
- Establish governance frameworks for cloud usage, identity management, and data protection.
- Lead and mentor high-performing architecture teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement in disaster recovery, high availability, and performance optimization for critical banking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid-cloud integration strategies.
- Proven track record of implementing zero-trust security architectures within a highly regulated environment (Banking/Finance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of modern DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Solutions Architect Professional) are highly advantageous.
