In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our content strategy. You will transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging video assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. You must possess a keen eye for color grading, fluid motion graphics, and storytelling that resonates with our audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, focusing on aesthetic trends.
- Design and implement sophisticated motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts for new campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness videos.
- Manage end-to-end post-production, including color correction, audio mixing, and final export for various digital formats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, video editing tools, and beauty industry aesthetics to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Optimize video content for maximum engagement and conversion based on analytical feedback.
- Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring all files are archived according to brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphic Designer, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing high-end motion graphics and video editing capabilities.
- Deep understanding of visual aesthetics, pacing, and color grading specifically for the beauty sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
