We are seeking a talented and creative Video & Motion Graphics Specialist with expertise in Unity and After Effects to join our dynamic team at Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Eastwood, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, motion graphics, and real-time animations for diverse projects ranging from marketing campaigns to product demonstrations and interactive experiences.
As a key member of our design and multimedia team, you will collaborate closely with graphic designers, developers, and marketing professionals to create visually compelling assets that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Your proficiency in Unity will allow you to craft real-time 3D animations, interactive prototypes, and immersive visual elements, while your mastery of After Effects will enable you to composite, animate, and enhance video projects with sophisticated motion design, visual effects, and color grading.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create compelling motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other industry tools.
- Develop interactive and real-time animations, visualizations, and user interfaces using Unity.
- Edit and enhance video content, including color correction, compositing, sound design, and final rendering.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, conceptualize, and develop visual content aligned with project goals.
- Optimize animations and graphics for different platforms, formats, and delivery channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in motion design, video production, and Unity development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure brand consistency and high visual quality across all deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Specialist, or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Unity and After Effects.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, including expressions, scripting, and integration with other Adobe products.
- Solid understanding of Unity engine, including animation systems, timeline, and visual scripting.
- Excellent knowledge of animation principles, typography, composition, and color theory.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and give constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Degree in Design, Animation, Film, or a related field is preferred but not required.
